Crew veterans looking forward to facing former teammate Lenhart The Black & Gold will attempt to win its second straight match against a familiar face on Saturday in San Jose as former Crew striker Steven Lenhart will line up alongside Chris Wondolowski in the Earthquake's starting XI. Lenhart was instumental in Columbus' 2008 MLS Cup run with his stoppage time equalizer against Kansas City in the Eastern Conference semifinal. Crew Notebook: Duka healed and raring to return to action Dilly Duka thought the comparison of him to a colt waiting to run unfettered was apropos given the way his season has gone so far. The third-year Crew midfielder injured his hamstring 12 minutes into the season opener at Colorado on March 10, returned for 33 minutes off the bench against New York on April 7 then aggravated the same hamstring, causing him to miss the past five games. Columbus snap their cold spell in style with historic firsts After going two straight games without scoring a goal, there were premonitions all around Columbus Crew camp this past week. Francis Meram had a feeling his younger brother Justin (above) was going to score his first MLS goal. Sebastián Miranda had scored regularly during his nearly 10 years playing professionally in his native Chile, but never using his head.
