    The Referee on this game
guest 213.122.146.175 - 01-Feb-11 12:14 Clatts is rightly regarded by many football followers as the best in the game. He has developed a reputation for making players stay on their feet by not giving soft free kicks to those who go down too easily. So he will hopefully be kicking himself for being duped into awarding the softest of penalties by Arsenal s Bendtner in Sunday s FA Cup tie v Huddersfield. His booking rather than sending off of the Town player suggests that he wasn t really sure of his decision. If it was a foul, he had to be sent off. Next time he referees Arsenal, he might care to remember this incident.
