First and foremost, he should have abandoned the match after one of the players was hit and injured by an object thrown from the stands on the 1st minute. Furthermore, his penalty decisions seemed erroneous, too - there was no fault on 65 min when a penalty was given, but there was a fault on Kokorin on 36 min when there was no penalty.

Match was abandoned after players hassle and stands disturbance on 68 minutes.

Match was suspended until further notice after 20 seconds when firework thrown from the stands hit Russian goalkeeper Akinfeev in the back of the head. Akinfeev, obviously unconcious, was moved away from the field by the ambulance car.
