Jacobus (Jaap) Uilenberg (Enschede, 5 juni 1950) is een voormalig Nederlands voetbalscheidsrechter en anno 2008 coördinator scheidsrechterszaken van de voetbalbond KNVB en vicevoorzitter van de scheidsrechterscommissie van de UEFA.
